Holistic Health & Wellbeing Workshop

Bosworth Battlefield Heritage CentreSutton Cheney, England
Sunday, Mar 29 from 10 am to 2:30 pm GMT+1
Overview

Explore the root causes of illness, learn about the 3 pillars of health & practical tools that support mind body and soul in beautiful lands

Join us for a unique and immersive day where medical science, holistic wellness and nature-based healing meet.

Set within the historic beautiful landscape of Bosworth Battlefield, this experiential workshop blends evidence-based health knowledge with meditation, psycho-spiritual insight, energy healing and nature connection.

This is not just a workshop - it is a guided journey into whole-person wellbeing.

What the day is about

Modern health conversations often separate science from spirituality. Today we bring them together.

Through teaching, practice, reflection and optional 1:1 holistic health assessments with Dr Atul, you will explore how physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are interconnected.

You will leave with practical tools, self-awareness and a personalised wellbeing action plan you can apply in your own life - and, if relevant, in your professional practice.

What we will explore

  • A holistic model of health and the factors that influence wellbeing
  • The science and practice of meditation for nervous system regulation
  • Psychological tools for inner work - including shadow work, archetypes and ancestral reflection
  • Energy awareness and self-healing concepts
  • Earth-based practices and nature as medicine
  • Heritage reflection and connection to land to support the healing journey

Throughout the day, participants will also have the opportunity for one-to-one health assessments with Dr Atul, offering a clinical perspective alongside holistic wellness insight.
