Holistic Massage Taster Session

Join us for an introduction into Holistic Massage and learn more about our upcoming MTI validated diploma course starting on 23rd April '26.

The workshop will run at The Unity Centre, Lewes from 11am - 1pm.

Sevanti welcomes you to her 'Introduction to Holistic Massage Taster Session' - where you can explore a range of techniques to practice on friends and family.

The session is open to all!

Suitable for complete beginners, refreshers, or those looking to get an experience of new techniques.

Discover how to guide and support massage clients as they release deep seated physical and emotional tensions also learn how to take care of your own wellbeing, as a therapist.

The taster course will work on a selection of the techniques below:

• Acupressure
• Oil massage
• Head, neck and shoulder techniques
• Thai massage
• Pulsing
• Energy work

Our Taster Session can be taken as a standalone or as preparation for the Unity Holistic Massage Diploma (certified by the Massage Training Institute: MTI) starting April 23rd 2026.

Information and a Q&A will be available regarding the full diploma if you wish to dive deeper into massage.

Your payment of £20 is fully refundable if you sign up to the Unity Holistic Massage Diploma.

Participants are also welcome to join Sevanti’s Friday morning Unity Yoga class (with a 10% discount) from 9am-10.30am at a cost of £12.60,
