Whether you are a budding coffee geek, or just in need of new hobby, we have the perfect course for you.
So dust off your old cafetiere and hunt down your V60, you can learn to make delicious coffee with them!
During the 3 hour course you will...

Understand where coffee comes from, what gives it a diverse flavour range, and how to choose your coffee

Understand the elements that effect your coffee, giving particular focus to Grind Size and Water to Coffee Ratio

Confidently use 2 different filter brew methods
Course is held at the Roastery, with maximum of 6 participants so you will be guaranteed plenty of individual attention. You can choose 2 different filter methods you’d like to focus on, from chemex to V60 to aeropress or cafetiere. You’ll of course also get plenty of Union coffee to sample.
