This exclusive evening brings together the extraordinary talents of the Home Nations each designing and creating a unique course that showcases the very best of their heritage, creativity, and culinary excellence.

Expect an unforgettable 4 course dining experience crafted by some of the most skilled chefs from Culinary Association of Wales , Federation of Chefs Scotland, Panel of Chefs Ireland and British Culinary Federation.

• Starter by British Culinary Federation: Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Whipped Macadamia, Preserved Elderflower, Wild Garlic and Fennel
• Fish by Panel of Chefs Ireland: Nage Poached & Torched Killybegs Mackerel - Grilled Scallop, Seaweed Boxty Dumpling, Scallop Fennel Filling, Smoked Mackerel Brandade, Apple Cider Vinegar Pickled Carrot, Apple gel, Fennel Cream, Scallop Roe Powder.
• Main by Culinary Association of Wales: GI Welsh Lamb Chetta; Morel Lamb Breast, Wild Garlic, Hash Brown, Wye Valley Asparagus, carrots, tempera pickled fennel, minted pea puree, Lavender pesto, Black Olive, Tomato Jus.
