We’ll walk through:
• PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis & menopause
• Why you might be experiencing mood swings or energy dips
• The link between hormones, gut health & lifestyle
• Simple, realistic ways to support hormone balance day-to-day
No overwhelm, no extremes — just practical advice you can actually use.

Lizzy will guide you through a 45-minute slow flow + yin session, designed to:
• ease stress
• support your nervous system
• help you properly switch off
You’ll also be introduced to simple breathwork and affirmations you can take into your daily routine.
To end our event, Millie invites you to share in a deeply, relaxing & magical sound bath with the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes to create a beautiful space to soften, slow down and just be. This is your opportunity for you to pause, relax and be held in sound.
