Dealing with the UK’s housing crisis is at the top of the new government’s agenda and is of great national economic and social significance. This British Academy Keynes Lecture will feature Professor John Muellbauer, FBA (University of Oxford), who will draw on decades of research into housing and land markets to unpack their complex relationship with the wider economy. The event will be chaired by Professor Alex Marsh (University of Bristol), a leading scholar of housing policy, regulation and governance, and systems lead at the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence.
