The UK has a greying population, the number of centenarians has increased by 85% over the last 15 years. As our quality of life improves, through healthcare and other means, we are going to need more ways to support healthy aging without increasing the strain on health services.

This Healthy Aging Innovation Platform is designed to bring together businesses, researchers and the public sector in order to find business and project lead solutions for some of the most pressing issues as we age.

Through the use of design thinking principles this initial meeting will be held to bring out ideas and potential avenues of exploration. Aiming to move forward into a project to be implemented in 2020, demonstrating the capacity that New Anglian businesses have for supporting the elder care market.
