As part of our virtual learning offering, join us to find out more about the different ways you, and others, learn?
You may have worked out your preferred way of learning, and doubtless it will involve a mix of your styles and strengths.
Join us for an interactive session to:
- identify the different ways you and your team learn
- Discover or confirm your dominant style
- Plan how to use this information to better support your teams CPD
This is an Open session, available to all, and will be led by Leadership Development Specialist Jill Davies and Kim Talbot via Zoom. Attendees who book onto the session will receive an email confirmation, including the meeting link, from a member of the team before the event.

ION leadership is a revolutionary programme open to owner-managers of all sized businesses and social enterprises located within the Wales Convergence Regions. The programme places emphasis on the implementation of ideas generated on the programme back in the workplace, providing the opportunity to work on the business rather than in the business. We provide you with access to our experienced group development leaders, qualified coaching professionals and expert master class speakers. You will also benefit from the diverse mix of knowledge and experience of your peers. ION leadership is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. The programme is delivered by Swansea University’s Research, Engagement & Innovation Services and Bangor University’s Business School.
