Overview

Meditations for Harmonious Relationships

Nurturing our innate potential for love—a mind that truly cherishes others—is one of the most meaningful things we can do for ourselves and those around us. Buddha described the mind of love as “the great protector” because it shields us from unhappiness and gives us the inner openness and flexibility needed to respond skilfully to life’s challenges.

When we cultivate love in our heart, we begin to heal our relationship with ourselves, with our family and friends, and ultimately with the world. While this may sound idealistic, it is in fact deeply practical. Through meditation, we can learn to connect with our natural capacity for love, strengthen it, and gradually extend it to more and more people—and even animals.

In this series, Tingy will guide us through heart-enriching meditations and offer practical insights on how to apply them to solving the problems we face in daily life.

  • Class 1: How Love Heals Our Relationships
  • Class 2: How Self-Love Leads to Authentic Love for Others
  • Class 3: How Training in Love Increases Our Resilience
  • Class 4: How Love Frees Us from Anger and Conflict
  • Class 5: How Love Helps Us Overcome Isolation and a Sense of Separation from Others

Each class stands on its own, so feel free to drop in anytime. We recommend attending the full series if you can, but you’re always welcome to join individual sessions. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators.
