HOW LOVE SOLVES YOUR PROBLEMS

HOW LOVE SOLVES YOUR PROBLEMS

Overview

Meditations for Harmonious Relationships

Nurturing our innate potential for love—a mind that truly cherishes others—is one of the most meaningful things we can do for ourselves and those around us. Buddha described the mind of love as “the great protector” because it shields us from unhappiness and gives us the inner openness and flexibility needed to respond skilfully to life’s challenges.

When we cultivate love in our heart, we begin to heal our relationship with ourselves, with our family and friends, and ultimately with the world. While this may sound idealistic, it is in fact deeply practical. Through meditation, we can learn to connect with our natural capacity for love, strengthen it, and gradually extend it to more and more people—and even animals.

In this series, Chelvi will guide us through heart-enriching meditations and offer practical insights on how to apply them to solving the problems we face in daily life.
