Overview

This workshop explores how digital and precision technologies can help farms work smarter, cut costs and reduce environmental impact.

We’ll look at practical, on-farm tools from data-driven systems to everyday agri-tech solutions that can improve efficiency and support more sustainable, profitable operations. The session also considers how technology can help tackle labour shortages across the sector. With ag-tech advancing rapidly, this workshop highlights the innovations farmers can adopt now to stay ahead and make technology a working part of the farm’s future.

Workshop leads Wenna Killen – Agsenze Ltd founders of the Herdvision system and Liz Speller - Shearwell Data

Guest speakers: JJ and Kiki Willcocks, Tregleath Farm

JJ Willcocks is a third-generation dairy farmer and alongside his wife Kiki, he manages 300 cows on 280ha. Also passionate about grazing and biodiversity, they’ve introduced herbal leys and regenerative practices to boost soil health, enhance resilience and support nature across the farm.
