Why take this workshop?

Working in education should be the most joyful, fulfilling profession and yet talented staff have been leaving our brilliant profession in droves over the past few years. It’s time for school leaders to deeply consider the root causes of the recruitment and retention crisis and to revisit the purpose of education and its effect on the culture of our schools.

What does the workshop offer you?

In just two and a half hours, this online training supports a shift from acceptance of the fear that permeates our schools, to a sense that schools can once again be joyful places to work. Based on her experience as a current Headteacher, Tina offers practical tools and stories of hope from St. Ebbe’s, where staff want to stay in post and wellbeing has never been better. Regardless of role, staff at St. Ebbe’s have a strong sense of purpose, are innovative in their practice, embrace mistakes and love coming to work. You’ll have some reflection time and leave with simple strategies that, when implemented consistently, have the power to transform your school culture.
