Do you have a project in mind but feel unsure where to begin or how to organise everything so it actually gets done? Community-led plans can be time-consuming and demanding, especially when you’re coordinating volunteers and trying to keep the process moving at a manageable pace.This online workshop will show you how to turn your idea into a clear, structured project management plan you can confidently use to guide your work.
