A: This event is fully funded and free to businesses based in the Shropshire Council area only (excluding Telford and Wrekin)

Please note bookings from outside of this area cannot be accepted and will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

A: You will receive a reminder for this booking via Eventbrite.

Q5. How do I access the webinar?

A: You will receive an update from Eventbrite 24 hours prior to the webinar, which will contain the Zoom link to join the session.

A: We do not normally record our webinars to ensure a highly interactive and engaging experience for all participants.

This event is fully funded and free to eligible businesses to attend. We appreciate that sometimes there are good reasons why businesses are unable to attend workshops, however if you are no longer able to turn up, please cancel your ticket through Eventbrite.

We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the event (in order for us to offer your space to another business)

Please note that if you do not attend without letting us know, we reserve the right to decline your bookings for future sessions.
