Currently I am working for a government body and previously have worked for a High Street Bank for almost 6 years. The How to Feel Safe workshop offers you energetic techniques you can use in any situation which will help you be and feel loved, grounded and safe. You are more than just the body, and in this workshop you will learn what that means for you and how to care for the whole of you in an emotional, spiritual and energetic way. In this self-discovery course where you will learn:

- Cutting the cords process and guided visualization

- Healing sounds – energetic tool

- Grounding and protection – energetic tool

- Feeling loved and safe guided visualization

- 7 main chakras and Hara line functions and roles

- Energetic hygiene for you

- Energetic hygiene for the place you live.
