About this event

Since 2008, the Mindapples charity has been passionate about making knowledge about mental health and wellbeing accessible to all and supporting people who need help managing their minds.

Today's session:

Pressure can motivate us, but stress does not. In this hour-long interactive workshop, you will learn the difference between pressure and stress, and how to handle challenges without tipping into panic and worry.

  • Discover how pressure affects our ability to think, work and make decisions.
  • Explore the factors that make some situations stressful and others exciting.
  • Learn how to broaden your perspective and manage your resources to help you thrive in pressurised situations.

This will be an interactive Zoom session with Mindapples trainer Anna Golawski, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share your tips with other attendees.
