Are you feeling dissatisfied, undervalued, lost and confused in life? Do you often feel anxious, stressed and overwhelmed? You are not alone, many of us feel this way!

Your Journey starts here.

Join is for an Empowering experience and development.

This empowering self-development programme is designed to help women gain a deeper understanding of womanhood and its impact on their lives. It explores the complexities of emotions and the unhelpful behaviours that may arise in response to those emotions. The programme also emphasizes the importance of self-connection, encouraging women to explore their identities and recognize their individual needs.

Women frequently experience a variety of intense emotions that can sometimes become overwhelming. Understanding the reasons behind these feelings is essential for women to maintain their emotional well-being and prevent episodes of low mood, stress, and overwhelm.

This is a 4-week programme, aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of individual strengths and abilities, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of themselves as women.

Our workshop aims to:

  • Help women understand the unhelpful behaviours they may develop and the complexities of their emotions.
  • Understand our identity as women and the foundations that shape it.
  • Provide tools and insights in how to process your emotions effectively, build your connection with yourself and manage your needs as a woman.

Come along and get support in a safe and secure environment.
