I remember when I wrote my first book and didn’t know what to expect regarding the marketing/promotion side. As a first-time self-published author, I had to come up with creative ways to expand the book and tailor it to the needs of my readers.

About Sheryl: Sheryl invests in buy-to-let properties and has been actively involved in a number of property refurbishments which she has a keen passion for. She is also the Founder of First Property Steps, and Author of The Property Process, following her challenging experience of once being a first-time buyer. She supports a number of first-time buyers through the purchasing process by providing information and clarity that allows them to understand the exact steps and make their own informed decisions. Sheryl’s desire is to equip and empower many first-time buyers with information and experiences to assist them in successfully navigating the purchasing process and fulfill their dream of becoming a homeowner.
