CHIME is a popular model that is used in mental health services to support people with their recovery during mental ill health.

During this course you will:

Learn about the five areas of CHIME (connections, hope, identity, meaning, empowerment).·

Think about how these areas apply to you·

Think about ways you could build upon, and enhance these areas in your life·

Learn about ways other people have made changes in these areas of their lives

Welcome to Recovery College NHFT where we deliver courses on Mental Health, Neurodiversity and Wellbeing.

You are invited to join our courses if you live in Northamptonshire and access Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust services. You need to be over 18, a current or previous service user, a family member, friend, carer, one of our partner organisations, or NHFT staff.

Our courses are produced and presented by a health professional and someone who has personally experienced their own health issues.

You will need to enrol as a student with Recovery College NHFT to book on to our free courses.
