Join us whilst we delve into the art of running!

In this 2 hour immersive running workshop, Mike Phan (@marathonphan) will be drawing upon his 17 years experience of running marathons internationally, so that you can learn how to run faster, further and easier. Explore the principles of efficient running before heading out to put what you learn into practice before heading back into the gym for a cool down and interactive Q&A session.

As an added bonus, all attendees will receive a free gel from Precision Fuel and Hydration (@precisionfandh)to fuel your runs and help you perform at your best!

Not at all. The session is designed to be accessible and helpful for all levels.

Running kit, suitable footwear, water, and a willingness to learn and move.

Will we be running outside?

Yes — we’ll head out for a practical session, so dress accordingly for the weather.

How long is the session?

Two hours total, including practical drills, a run, and a cool down with Q&A.

Will I get a training plan to take away?

You’ll leave with key principles and tools you can apply to your own training — plus personalised advice in the Q&A.

Can I ask questions during the session?
