Overview

This tree planting session is a chance for 16–24 year olds to connect with the outdoors and make a positive impact.

Meet at Corner of Hunters Road and Ponteland Road - opposite BBC TV Centre Building - lookout for the NWT staff. View on What3Words props.dizzy.moment.

Please wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions on the day. All tree planting materials provided. Gloves will be available, but if you have your own, please bring them. Please book your free tickets to ensure enough equipment is provided.

No experience necessary - guidance and supervision will be provided. Suitable for 16 - 24-year-olds as part of our Youth Activism Pilot Programme. If you are aged 16 or 17 please ensure you have parental permission to attend, your parent/carer will need to leave their email and contact number as part of the sign up process. If you require a parent or carer to be in attendance please let us know during sign up.
