About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

We're delighted to welcome Will Sambrook from Akenham to our next HR Energy event in June.

Will is set to share some of the key research from the Institute of Employment Research, and others, to help us separate fact from fiction and deal both the opportunities and challenges that can arise. For those of you who have met Will before, you will know that this is not going to be ‘talk and chalk’. Instead, he will guide us in sharing our own experiences, testing these against a number of sources and opinions, and enabling us to gain a clearer understanding of how to make intergenerational working actually work.

Many of us are living and working far longer. This is reflected in our workplaces, as for the first time, we have four generations of workers filling the labour market. That’s a lot of generations! And with those multi-generational workforces, we encounter both positives and negatives.

We hope you can join us.

Please note that HR Energy is a collaboration between Becky Wilson at Pure and James Kidd at Mills & Reeve to provide learning and networking events for regional HR professionals.
