An introduction to getting involved in the project

Description of eventCalling all experienced HR Professionals!The branch is launching a new peer learning project, HR Fundamentals. It is an opportunity for CIPD members to share their experience and expertise with other members. We are not looking for professional speakers and you won’t need to present live to groups of people (unless you want to of course). The only requirements are that you are a CIPD member with experience to share; and you are happy for us to upload your contribution to YouTube. We will support you with all the help, advice and guidance to make sure you can concentrate on your expertise not the technology.This event will focus on what would be involved in more detail and answer any questions that you may have. There is no obligation to deliver any content in any way if you do attend the briefing! Our West Yorkshire Chair, Jonathan Broadhurst will be running the session.Our aim is to build a digital library of member led practice and learning that covers the widest spectrum of people management and development. We have created a YouTube channel to begin building a legacy for future people professionals, including those wanting to advance their career, or return to the workplace after a break.We can support a number of different formats for HR Fundamentals and some of them are outlined below. We are flexible on delivery modes and if you have something to share that would work better in a different format, we would really like to explore that with you.
