Summer HR Networking event with guest speaker, Paula Leach, Vantage Points Consulting

The employment team at FSP is hosting our fourth HR Networking Event. For this summer gathering, we have Paula Leach, from Vantage Points Consulting joining us. Paula will be doing a keynote presentation, encompassing her expertise of the People Agenda. She will be speaking on “Why HR is needed now more than ever in the fast-changing working world”. Paula is an accomplished Author, Speaker, and Elite Leadership Coach with over 25 years’ experience in the field of HR and Change Management. As a former Chief People Officer at the Home Office, Paula has a proven track record of providing strategic leadership and direction to the organisation. Her expertise in leadership and consulting has helped elite leaders, global corporations, SMEs, and companies scaling up to enhance their workplace culture and performance through better leadership practices. We hope that Paula’s presentation will lead to a lively discussion.
