Hi, I’m Tara Hopkins, founder of HR by Tara. My mission is simple: to make a positive difference to people’s working lives while helping businesses achieve great results. I believe that when happy, successful people work together, they can achieve amazing things.

I’m an experienced HR professional based in Princes Risborough, passionate about helping local small businesses survive and thrive by giving them easy access to down-to-earth HR support even if they think they’re “too small” to need it.

I love networking and connecting people who can help each other succeed. I also host High Wycombe Business Buzz every second Thursday of the month (10:00–12:00), and I’m proud to serve as Co-Chair of the CIPD Chilterns Branch, supporting and developing HR professionals across the area.
