Clark Tracey, a well-established jazz master, recognised as a most inventive jazz drummer, composer, educator and bandleader, appearing for over forty years in the company of some of the world’s jazz greats. Son of the illustrious pianist & composer Stan Tracey OBE., Clark was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the 2019 Birthday Honours for services to music and the promotion of jazz. Performing alongside an illustrious company of musicians he presents his new group, providing a platform for some of our most outstanding jazz players.

Please join us for an inspiring evening of great music, featuring Clark Tracey- a great jazz star and band leader - alongside a line up of contemporary jazz stars.

Is there wheelchair & disabled access?

Yes, the auditorium is on the ground floor with disabled toilet access near at hand. There is ample space for wheelchair users in front of the raked seating.

Can I bring children to this event?

Yes, children are welcome with a concessionary admission cost of £6 per ticket.

Are there concessionary ticket prices?

Yes. Students in further or higher education, also the unemployed are eligible for a discounted ticket fee of £6. Unfortunately this concession cannot apply to pensioners.

Is there convenient car parking nearby?

Parking is available in the nearby St Stephens multistorey car park which costs only £1 after 6.00pm. There is a lift from the car park down to the Hull Truck Theatre & Albemarle Music Centre concourse for immediate access to the venue.

Is there food and drink available?

There will be a bar in the foyer to buy alcohol or soft drinks and a food dispenser for light snacks, chocolate, crisps etc. There are many food outlets in the vicinity if you want to eat before the show.
