Wessex Patient Safety Collaborative

Wessex Patient Safety Collaborative is delivering a series of events on Human Factors and Ergonomics to raise awareness and to support staff across Wessex.
 
Human Factors and Ergonomics is a key national focus.  These events are designed for system leaders to explore the principles of Human Factors and Ergonomics; this raised awareness will assist leaders to review patient safety in their organisation through the Human Factor and Ergonomic lens and drive further improvement.  
 
The PSC Clinical Lead, Professor Jane Reid (Advisor to NQB Human Factors Reference Group and Chair Human Factors Group, HEE) will be facilitating these events
