Robotics is helping to rehabilitate and increase human abilities in areas like mobility and stamina. Innovations in robotic devices, exoskeletons, and wearable tech aim to offer disabled people different perspectives and new experiences, as well as supporting humans more widely to access, inhabit and work safely in dangerous and extreme conditions. What does the future hold for these technologies and the people they will become a part of? Join robotics experts working on a range of technologies to explore these topics in a live recording of the Robot Talk podcast. Now in its fourth season, Robot Talk is funded by the Hamlyn Centre and covers all aspects of robotics research and innovation. It aims to engage and inspire people to understand, interact with, and pursue careers in robotics, and to boost the profile of robotics research in the UK and globally. This event is part of the Great Exhibition Road Festival on 15-16 June 2024.Please arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start time. Your ticket gives you priority access, however, as this is a free event we overbook to help ensure a full event and your space may be reallocated.
