Overview

A cosy, intimate evening of music & spoken word poetry. Featuring Laura Hegarty & The Midnight Sea. Bring Your Own (BYO) drinks.

https://openhus.co.uk

After the huge success of our first Hūs Party - we're back for another an evening of culture, community, and connection.

This time we're giving the stage to some new faces.

This event is 'bring your own (BYO)' drinks - soft or alcoholic. There will be no refreshments provided.

The lineup:

Laura Hegarty & The Midnight Sea - Making drone-drizzled songs about patterns, nature, landscape and history forged on the hills and edges of Sheffield.

Kate Burns - Reaing poetry exploring people’s experiences, particularly women’s, through art, nature and the built environment, often drawing on folklore, myth, legend and history. Kate will be debuting a poem about Chesterfield and what its people are made of.

Directions for Venue: Next door to Gasoline Pub through the second arch with Saltergate Yoga sign above. Head down to the back left side and look out for a door with metal stairs. The entrance will be marked with a sign. No on-site parking, several nearby public carparks. We look forward to welcoming you to our secret treasure Open Hūs.
