Join for an  explanation of the  hypertension primary care network requirement and what you can do to support it.

<h2>This event will introduce the service requirement, give ideas of how to be involved in practice and give TNA ideas for protected learning time.</h2><p><strong>The session will be  facilitated by Anna Davis, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Practice Nurse Lead  .</strong></p><p><strong>Opportunities will be provided to meet other Nursing Associates, Trainee Nursing Associates and Health Care Assistants to collaborate, and share  experiences.</strong></p><h2>Target Audience</h2><h3>This event is for Nursing Associates, Trainee Nursing Associates and Health Care Assistants</h3><h3>Please note this session is <strong>not for Registered Nurses</strong></h3><h3>Registration deadline</h3><p><strong>Monday 17th January 2022 at 23.30</strong></p><p><strong>Please note, places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis so if this topic is of interest to you please book in without delay! </strong></p>
