We are a collaboration of experienced female practitioners, sharing our wisdom and knowledge to provide you with the nurture you need.Our mission is to create a community hub where everyone who identifies with sisterhood or has/had a womb, can come together and feel comfortable, safe and supported.

Our four-week group hypnobirthing course with <a href="https://www.mwhealth.co.uk/practitioners/tracy-awere-89/" title="https://www.mwhealth.co.uk/practitioners/tracy-awere-89/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tracy Awere</a> will prepare you for a transformative journey towards an empowered, positive birth.In each 2.75-hour session, you will be equipped with birth knowledge, confidence-building tools, and deep relaxation techniques to help you prepare for your baby’s upcoming birth with calm and confidence.Topics covered in this comprehensive hypnobirthing course include:<ul><li>Understanding the mind-body connection</li><li>Breathing exercises for labour and birth</li><li>Hypnobirthing relaxations and visualisations</li><li>The important role of your birth partner</li><li>Massage techniques to promote relaxation in pregnancy and during labour</li><li>Informed decision making</li><li>Birth planning</li></ul>This hypnobirthing course is suitable for all pregnant women (recommended from 20 weeks onwards) who want to proactively prepare for a confident and positive birth - no matter how or where you intend to give birth. The course fee includes a space for both you and your birth companion (this can be anyone you wish e.g. partner, friend, doula, relative etc). You may also attend the course solo.You will receive a hypnobirthing course book and hypnobirthing MP3 tracks which will be your tools for practice.
