Test your fitness under race conditions with our HYROX Simulation. You can enter as a single or a double team and choose between two start windows: 11.30am-12.30pm or 12.30-13.30pm - once you sign up and purchase your ticket, you’ll be allocated a specific start time within your chosen hour.
This will be a full HYROX-style simulation with all stations included — the only adaptations are:
- No sled pull
- Sandbag lunges and burpee broad jumps will be completed static, with the same rep/time scheme.
Athletes will start in waves every 10 minutes, so you must arrive at least 5 minutes before your start time to avoid missing your slot.
Bring the energy, push your limits, and get a real feel for race day — whether you’re training solo or side-by-side with a partner.
