Due to popular demand for our group workouts and community lunches we are really excited to bring you the new and improved version this May!

We'll start with a short 2k run around the beautiful streets behind the gym. Go into a beginner friendly group Hyrox style workout. 

Followed by gift bags, samples and a short talk from Danni Bosworth to open up the conversation around body image, relationship with food and exercise. 

You are then welcome to shower and get changed at the gym if you wish before we head for lunch. Exact location to be confirmed ASAP. 

Group lunches for this amount of people in the city are typically around £35-£40 PP. The £10 deposit here will come off your lunch bill and is non refundable if you aren’t able to attend the day. 

We know £40 is the higher end for lunch but the drop in rate for a class in London is £15-£20 and this is free so overall we think the day is great value!

Overall the day is a great opportunity to meet some amazing, like minded new friends doing exciting things in their personal and professional lives.

 Nexus have done 9 workouts / events / lunches now and so many friendships have formed and business transactions completed, have happened from these which we are incredibly proud of.

You do not need to join us for the 2k running warm up route if you can’t run. You can jump on a bike and we’ll meet you when we are back in the gym.

What shoes shall I wear?

Wear gym or running shoes you are happy doing a 2k run in and functional fitness exercises.

I don't exercise, will the workout level be appropriate for me?

Absolutely! We all have to start somewhere and we can scale it as needed.

Do I need to join for lunch after the workout?

You don’t if you can’t stay for that but due to limited availability for the workout and needing to pay a deposit for lunch, we’ll still have to charge £10 for the spot.

Will the talk be relevant for me?

The talk will be relevant for males and females and additionally relevant for fitness professionals.

Where is the nearest train station or UG?

The answer to both is London Bridge for overground and underground.

Will there be vegetarian and GF options available at lunch?

Yes 100% we'll make sure the lunch location is inclusive.
