I Wonder... What the Stillness Brings. A Winter Solstice Breathwork
A monthly Breathwork journey for curious humans ready to pause, breathe, and explore what’s unfolding within.
The Winter Solstice marks the still point of the year.
A pause. A breath. A chance to listen within.
The moment the sun appears to stand still before slowly turning back towards the light.
In the busyness of December, this session offers something different —
a chance to stop, soften, and listen.
This two-hour breathwork workshop is an invitation to rest into stillness, to explore what becomes visible when we stop striving and allow ourselves to simply be. Through guided breath, music, silence, and reflection, we’ll meet the quiet threshold of the solstice together.
This is not about setting goals or forcing clarity.
It’s about creating space — for honesty, for rest, and for the subtle beginnings that only reveal themselves in the dark.
You’ll be gently guided through a range of breathing styles, from calming and grounding to optional deeper breathwork, with plenty of choice and support throughout.
Come as you are.
Leave carrying a little more space within you.
What to Expect:
🌀 Gentle breath awareness practices to land and settle
🌬 A guided breathwork journey with music
🪞 Time for journaling, reflection or sharing (optional)
☕️ Tea, comfort, and community
Perhaps you’ll join us because…
- December feels busy, loud, or overwhelming, and you’re craving a genuine pause
- Something in you is asking to slow down, even if you’re not sure why yet
- You don’t want another goal-setting session, but you do want space to reflect
- You’re curious about what stillness might reveal if you stop pushing forward
- You feel drawn to mark the Winter Solstice in a meaningful, embodied way
- You’d like to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of the season
- You’re open to gentle breathwork, music, and silence as tools for self-enquiry
You don’t need to arrive calm, clear, or “ready.”
Just curious enough to wonder.
Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate.
🧘♀️ No experience needed, just bring yourself, a blanket, and a little curiosity.
