To achieve this iCAN aims to:Bring the insurance industry together from apprentices to boards to share best practice and ideas for promoting multicultural inclusion;Work with allies and other diversity and inclusion networks to address intersectionality and promote understanding across all facets of diversity;Promote multicultural awareness and drive engagement within the industry;Challenge the perceptions and misconceptions of the insurance industry amongst new multicultural talent, and focus on the positives of building a career within the sector; andConnect with multicultural networks from other industries such as legal, banking and public sector to learn from their experiences and successes to achieve our goals.

What is Coffee with the CEO?In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey - essentially everything you need to empower your own career. About Scott Egan Scott Egan is Chief Executive Officer at SiriusPoint, having joined the Company in September 2022.Scott brings extensive expertise of leading businesses through transformation and growth and has a successful track record in risk and financial management. He brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience to SiriusPoint.Scott previously served as the Chief Executive Officer, UK &amp; International Division of RSA Insurance Group Limited. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of RSA. Prior to joining RSA, Scott held senior positions at a number of companies including Aviva, Zurich Financial Services, Brit Insurance, and Towergate Broking. Scott is also Chairman of Premium Credit Limited.Scott holds an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
