IceBreakers New Year’s Day Dip

Start the year grounded, connected and supported.

Join IceBreakers for a New Year’s Day gathering in nature, bringing men together through movement, breath and cold water - followed by sauna, brekkie and a brew.

We’ll begin with a gentle movement and breathwork session to help you arrive in your body and steady the nervous system before taking a dip in the river.

After the dip, warm up in the free sauna, kindly provided by Aether Sauna, then settle in for a BYO brekkie and a brew (you bring the food we'll cook it up), shared around the fire.

This New Year’s Day Dip is part of IceBreakers’ wider commitment to supporting men’s mental wellbeing through nature, ritual and community. We’re pleased to be working alongside Dorothy House, who will be present to help raise awareness of their bereavement and support services.
