At our latest in a series of IGP Director’s Seminars, Baroness Glenys Thornton, CEO of the Young Foundation and Founder and Patron of Social Enterprise UK will discuss the history of Social Enterprise and its role in future societies.
Since 1997, social entrepreneurship has made leaps in progress in the UK, making it the leading country for supporting enterprise in tackling the most entrenched social threats facing the 21st century. This talk will give an overview of the progress and growth of social entrepreneurship so far, and assess the future prospects of social entrepreneurialism in tackling society's problems.
