We are delighted to be joined by Tracy Green MCIPD FIoL CMgrFCMI FREC, Founder of CQCFIT and BAXCQC General Manager for this PowerHour event on 'Understanding the CQC (Care Quality Commission) Framework'.

Tracy has over 30 years of leadership and management experience, 17 years of which have been within the healthcare sector. She supports businesses with OD, growth, operational change, compliance and lean working. Tracy's compliance expertise led her to develop and launch CQCFIT which is a CQC compliance digital tool for general practices and PCNs. She also joined Baxendale as the BAXCQC General Manager and now works across a broader health and social care sphere supporting with CQC registration and compliance.
