Through our membership with the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, we are delighted to announce that we have secured an in-person leadership training day. This is specifically for new or aspiring leaders, or as a refresher for existing managers within health & social care. The course is practical in its format which means you will come away with tips and techniques that you will be able to implement immediately. Additionally, as this is through the IHSCM, it is an accredited leadership course and all attendees with receive a certificate of completion which will count towards your continuing professional development.
