We are very pleased to welcome Christine McGrath (Managing Director, Wessex Health Partners) and Ruth Challis (Project Manager, NIHR Wessex Experimental Medicine Network) to discuss the recently announced Wessex Health Partners (WHP) /NIHR Wessex Experimental Medicine (NIHR WEMN) Small Grants Scheme.
This event will be the first in the Professor Janis Shute Memorial Innovation Seminar series from the Institute of Life Sciences and Healthcare, University of Portsmouth. The event will outline the Small Grants Scheme with Questions and Answers following.
In addition, this will be followed by a round-table R&I development sandpit session. This will be an excellent opportunity to further develop your project, and potentially grow your research team through shared research alignment with other attendees. You will also have the opportunity to outline your application to R&I leaders and the funders, highlight the key aims of your project, and identify strengths and weaknesses for finalising your application.
