A nourishing Imbolc ceremony with cacao, voice activation and conscious movement to awaken your inner light.

Imbolc is a sacred threshold.
A moment between winter and spring, darkness and light, rest and renewal.
It is the gentle returning of the sun, the quiet stirring of seeds beneath the soil, and the remembering of our own inner flame.

We warmly invite you to gather with us for a deeply nourishing, heart-led evening to honour Imbolc – the returning of the light, both within and around us.

This ceremonial journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect to your heart, your voice, your body, and your inner truth.

What to expect

Ceremonial Cacao Journey
We will begin by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao, a gentle plant ally that supports heart opening, emotional connection, and inner clarity. Through guided meditation and intention, we will connect with the energy of Imbolc and the light that is ready to reawaken within you.

Sounding & Voice Activation
Your voice is medicine. Guided by Ruana, we will explore sounding, toning, and intuitive vocal expression, not as performance, but as release, remembrance, and empowerment. This is a safe, held space to let your authentic voice be heard, felt, and embodied.

Conscious Movement & Embodiment
From stillness into motion, we will allow the body to lead. Through conscious, somatic movement and free dance, you will be invited to embody the energy of renewal, letting the light move through you in your own unique way.

This space is for you if you:

• Feel called to reconnect with your heart and inner light
• Are curious about cacao, voice, sound, or conscious movement
• Long for a soulful, embodied, non-judgemental space
• Wish to mark the seasonal shift with intention and ritual
• Want to simply be without needing to fix, perform, or explain

No previous experience is needed.
There is no right or wrong way to sound or move, only your way.

About your facilitators

Izabela is an intuitive practitioner, Reiki Master & Teacher, trauma and belief transformation guide, and space holder. She weaves together cacao, somatic practices, energy work, and deep presence to support people in reconnecting with themselves and living from the heart.

Ruana is a powerful voice and sound facilitator who creates safe, expansive spaces for authentic expression, vocal liberation, and embodied connection. Her work gently guides people back to the wisdom and medicine of their own voice.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cosy (shawl, layers)

Energy Exchange:

We offer a sliding scale to support accessibility and honour your current financial flow. Please choose the option that feels aligned with your heart and circumstances:

• £30 – Heart Contribution
• £35 – Energy Alignment
• £40 – Flowing Abundance
• £50 – Shared Journey (two tickets for you and a friend)

This exchange supports the cost of cacao, venue, and preparation of the space, as well as the energy we pour into holding this sacred container.

Spaces are limited to keep the gathering intimate.

How to Find Us:

We will gather in The GateHouse – the building next to the car park (which is free after 6 PM). Enter through the black gate and walk up the steps on the left to reach the first floor.

Doors open at 6:15 PM for gentle arrivals and settling. We begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
