Immersive Frequency Restoration for Nervous System
Invitation to a restorative retreat for the whole afternoon.
As the season turns and the body begins to wake from winter, we gather for an afternoon of breathwork and healing sound to support regulation, grounding, release, and reconnection.
Held at The Forge in the centre of Totnes, this session combines guided breathwork accompanied by carefully selected music, followed by live crystal bowl sound healing. Together, breath and sound create an immersive environment where the nervous system can soften and recalibrate.
The approach is gentle, spacious, and body-led. Through conscious connected breathwork, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner self and tune into the body’s natural rhythms. Rather than requiring you to push for release or intensity, the invitation is to move at your own pace — listening closely to the body’s signals and staying connected to what feels supportive and resourcing. You will be guided throughout with clear options and reminders that choice and self-agency are always available.
As the breathwork completes, there will be a peaceful and nourishing pause with delicious snacks and drinks. This space offers time to journal, share in a dyad, or simply be with yourself and integrate what has moved.
Following this, the journey continues through the vibrations of crystal bowls. The sound gently supports the nervous system into a deeply relaxed, aligned, and receptive state. You will be held by sound as the body settles, integrates, and remembers how to regulate itself.
Facilitated by Rowan of The Unbound Breath and Carolina of Hum For Your Life, this session is suitable whether you are new to breathwork or sound healing, or returning to deepen your relationship with breath, body, and presence.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your place soon. If you have any questions or would like further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to connect with you.
We would love to share this special experience with you and look forward to welcoming you.
Warm blessings,
Carolina & Rowan
