Overview
This session will provide a practical guide on how to design and implement a plan for engagement and impact in health research
The Health and Behaviour Research Centre is organising a series of Seminars dedicated to our Doctoral students, Early Career Researchers and staff with special interest on the research topics announced. Our next event will take place online on Wednesday, 25 th February 2026, 14.00 hrs.
The session will be led by Prof Duncan Stewart, Academic Head of Research, at London Metropolitan University
Translating abstract notions of research impact into activities that actually make a difference can be challenging in complex health practice and policy contexts. This session provides a practical guide on how to design and implement a plan for engagement and impact, with health research funder requirements in mind. It should be of interest to colleagues planning new health research or looking to enhance the impact of existing studies, as well as to those preparing grant applications.
Please register and you will receive an email with the link to join the session near the event.
