Implementation Support Fire Standards Workshop

The NFCC’s Implementation Support Team is running a series of virtual events aimed at supporting services to complete the gap analysis tools associated with each Fire Standard. Each session will be hosted by a member of the Implementation Support Team with support from subject matter experts who have contributed to the production of specific Fire Standards. The workshops will be thematically arranged, with each session looking at one individual standard, as set out in the timetable below.

Target Audience

These events are aimed at those (within services) who have responsibility for the implementation of individual Fire Standards, or whose area of work will be directly impacted by a Fire Standard. It is anticipated that these will typically be tactical level managers or equivalent. Places on each session will be limited to facilitate open discussion and a collaborative approach to the completion of the Implementation Tools.

Required Preparation

Attendance is welcomed regardless of what stage a service is at in implementing a Fire Standard. There is no expectation that delegates will have completed the Implementation Tools or have any familiarity with the content prior to a workshop.

How to book a place

Places can be booked through Eventbrite by selecting the session you are interested in attending. Sessions are anticipated to last approximately 2.5 hours and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
