This workshop will look at the benefits of Quality Improvement and How to implement the new IQ standard. The aim is to provide an opportunity for people to ask questions about the standard as well as practical support in the implementation.

Improving Quality (IQ) is a new quality standard that is relevant for any charity or community group regardless of the service they deliver

The Improving Quality (IQ) Standard has been developed specifically for the not for profit sector. The 4 Elements of the standard cover all aspects of management and service delivery. Within each element there are a series of requirements that describe detailed good practice and basic legal requirements.
