Join our masterclass webinar on personalised care planning which combines insights from the national policy lead for personalised care and guidance from PRSB experts to help you implement the<a href="https://theprsb.org/standards/personalisedcareandsupportplan/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Personalised Care and Support Plan Standard</a> successfully. This is the first of a series of PRSB masterclasses that aim to help system suppliers and health and care providers get ready to become conformant with information standards. PRSB&#x27;s Personalised Care and Support Plan Standard <a href="https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/information-standards/information-standards-and-data-collections-including-extractions/publications-and-notifications/standards-and-collections/dapb4022-personalised-care-and-support-plan?hsCtaTracking=085f52bd-2ec2-4fd0-b3d2-751776adf4db%7C14c750aa-93aa-447b-a371-15545d50b8a0" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">has received ISN status</a>, meaning its implementation is mandatory, and health and social care providers must ensure this is demonstrable by 31 January 2024.The event will include a session presented by James Sanderson, Director of Community Health Services at NHS England, who will speak about the NHS strategy for personalised health and social care, what it means for people and professionals, and how standards and digital technology can enable its delivery. James will also share what incentives are in place to support implementation and conformance against the standard in local organisations.
