Still fun

So, you’ve completed the beginners course, You’ve made your tote, your pouch, your apron—and now you want more.

This course is your next step: no overwhelming garments, no endless samples—just polished, useful things you’ll actually use.

This course is fully project based - learn through making…no samples!

We’ll take what you learned in Beginners and sharpen it: introducing darts, cleaner zips, proper pockets, curved seams, waistbands. Every week ends with something finished—no half-done projects.

By the end? You’ll walk away with five pieces you love, plus the know-how to fix clothes from your wardrobe.

As a bonus this course ends with an alteration clinic in week 5. Practical and fun. After all mending our wardrobe is a necessity.

Who it’s for:

Anyone who’s finished Beginners (or equivalent). Comfortable with straight seams, cutting fabric, and simple bags—but ready for fit, finish, and function. Confidence in setting up a sewing machine is essential.

Week 2: Your choice of bag—gym bag, crossbody, structured tote, backpack, or foldaway shopper.

Week 3: Skirt, shorts, or pants (elastic or button waistband) OR piped zip cushion.

Week 4: Sleeveless top with facing OR workshop/reversible apron.

Week 5: Alterations clinic—bring 1–2 garments from home; we fix them together.
