Find out about the Oasis Community of Practice – Improving Organisational Development.
Whether you work as an individual consultant, or transforming your own organisation, this unique Community of Practice will help you develop and deepen your knowledge, skills and networks for increased impact.
We’ll be working with questions such as:

<LI>How do we stay at the leading edge of OD thinking and practice that addresses a volatile, emerging and unpredictable future?</LI>
<LI>What more can I do to help others understand the role of OD in addressing my organisation’s challenges and questions?</LI>
<LI>How do we make choices that go beyond our short-term needs and provide for effective, sustainable development?</LI>
<LI>How do I use my presence and build my resources and network to bring about high impact transformation?</LI>
<LI>How do I measure and promote the benefits of OD in both tangible and intangible outputs and outcomes?</LI>
<LI>How can we apply systems thinking to our work that connects purpose, process, people, performance and planet?</LI>

The event gives you the opportunity to find out more about the Community of Practice, meet other practitioners and begin to formulate the questions you'll be working with.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Oasis centre is easy to get to - just off the A1. There is plenty of parking onsite. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we'll have your name on a list. 
 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, of course. If for any reason you can't make the event and you wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague, just let us know. 
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, if you want to book for other people that's fine.
