About the event

Productivity is often discussed through the lens of the private sector, yet some of the most significant productivity challenges – and opportunities – lie within public services, particularly the NHS. With an ageing population and rising demand, improving outcomes while working within finite resources has become increasingly critical.

This event will explore the systemic drivers behind NHS productivity challenges and consider what these insights mean not only for healthcare, but also for other large, complex organisations operating under sustained pressure.

What to expect

This event will explore how productivity can be understood and improved in the NHS and how systems may need to evolve to deliver better outcomes over the long term.

The session will begin with a short presentation from Tera Allas about the 'From Diagnosis to Delivery: A framework for accelerating NHS productivity growth' report. This presentation will be followed by a panel discussion and open Q&A. There will be a networking drinks reception following the session.
