As part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, this Improv Workshop offers a playful and welcoming space to explore creativity, spontaneity, and expression.

Led by experienced hosts from Brighton, the session introduces the fundamentals of improvisation through a series of guided exercises, games, and group activities. Designed to build confidence and encourage connection, the workshop focuses on being present, responding in the moment, and embracing creativity without pressure.

Open to all levels, no prior experience is needed — whether you’re curious about performance, looking to build confidence, or simply want to try something new in a supportive environment.
